Hello everyone and Welcome to Episode 9!
Go out with me today as I do a very RARE thing fore me! I run in the MORNING! (and it is not even for a race!) In today's episode I talk about running in the heat of the summer time! Glad you're back. I missed your podcast while you were being lazy (your words, not mine :) but am enjoying it again. I listen while running and it's motivating. Keep it up and congrats on your recent races. Nice times.
