Hello everyone and Welcome to Episode 10!
Go out with me today as I go out on a run for my 100th consecutive day! Also I will give you a race report from my recent running at the Ocala Freedom Run 4 Miler on the 4th! This episode will speak about consistent running and the benefits that it will provide for you. I also am preparing for a 5k race this coming Saturday (July 10th) which is on a very tough course.

So I have listen to most of Episode 10 I will finish it at my next work out. BUT I was craving a smoothie after listening to what I have of Episode 10 so I went in search for a Healthier smoothie, (Quite honestly the ones I have made in the past were a far cry from being healthy). I found one that looks yummy, I am going to try it tonight and I will let you know. (Although it is called a "wake up" smoothie it doesn't look any different then a normal smoothie). Ok..I will update ya tomorrow.
Ok I am a big fat liar...I am just going to give you the website I found...There are a lot of yummy smoothies (at least they look yummy) on here. If you make one let me know how it turns out and i will do the same for you :-). Anyways Here is the website:

Ok...So I am drinking the "wake up" Smoothie right now and it is good (not the best but good) I didn't use the tofu or the plain yogurt but I used a berry yogurt. I wanted to tell you also in the frozen section at the grocery store with the frozen fruits (at least at my store) Is Yoplait's new smoothie mixes. I picked a couple up today and I will be trying them also. I like the idea of these cause all you have to do is add milk :-)..oh and blend..lol. I'll let you know......Darn you for getting me craving Smoothies again..LOL
Okay, so I just finish last night listening to episode 10 on my brand new IPod!!! Because I don't have any minuets on my phone I am forced to leave you a comment instead of a voice mail :-) You are doing awesome on the pod casts and your streak! I never new I would like pod casts till I started to listen to them :-) It makes it nice when I am not working out with anyone and I can't seem to find the right music to listen to. It's like having a friend right there next to you! So I fully expect you to keep up on these that way I can have a friend to work out with! Keep up the amazing work! I am also making sure you have plenty of miles to run this Friday, Oh and you better run on Friday! LOL. Shoot for 160 miles this month! Oh and where are you at for the month?
